    Job Description

    RECRUITER – PART-TIME

    The RECRUITER will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and adhering to Kaiser Consulting’s recruiting methodologies and tools to attract and hire a diverse pool of qualified accounting, information technology, and other professionals. The ability to attract excellent candidates to Kaiser Consulting is key to the success and growth of our business. This position also requires monitoring current recruiting trends and methodologies, suggesting new, innovative tools and proactive strategies, and assisting with implementing them in a timely manner. The Recruiter does not have supervisory responsibilities and will report to the Director of Recruiting.

    A successful candidate will have proven recruiting leadership experience. Problem solvers, self-starters and highly organized individuals will flourish in this position.

    REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

    • Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of professional recruiting experience, or Associate’s degree with seven or more years of professional recruiting experience
    • At least five years working in all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred, as is specific experience recruiting Accounting/Finance/IT professionals
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
    • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
    • Working well in a team environment
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to identify or create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
    • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
    • Proficient with or able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as relevant social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn)
    • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer and cellphone
    • In-depth understanding of Kaiser Consulting’s flexible work model and service offerings
    • An initial schedule of two to four hours per day, four to five workdays per week, with work being performed on a hybrid basis in the Columbus, OH area

    JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Performs other duties as assigned

    • This position requires monitoring current recruiting methodologies and identifying or suggesting new, innovative tools and proactive hiring strategies and implementing them in a timely manner

    • Collaborates with the Directors of Recruiting and Client Service (DCS) to identify future hiring needs and determine required skill sets

    • Identifies, implements and maintains efficient and effective recruiting methods, tools, and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the organization

    • Employs ethical and professional strategies to proactively identify, recruit and maintain positive relationships with candidates

    • Performs first screening/fit assessments and identifies candidates to invite to the interview phase

    • Monitors the interview process from start to finish and communicates issues and concerns

    • Ensures recruiting tracking software is updated to reflect the current status of the candidate pipeline

    • Communicates regularly with candidates in the prospective employee pipeline

    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and both company and client policies

    • Assists with job posting, interview scheduling, administration of assessments, and social media and advertisement processes

    • Works to meet Key Performance Indicators in the recruiting areas

    • May attend and participate in networking events to attract talent
