    We are seeking an organized Real Estate Assistant to provide administrative support to our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, assisting with property listings, coordinating transactions, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Real Estate Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the real estate office and contributing to the overall success of the team. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements. • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. • Maintain office filing systems and databases accurately. • Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone, providing information and answering inquiries. • Schedule property viewings, inspections, and appointments for clients and real estate agents. • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a real estate administrative assistant or equivalent experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Knowledge of real estate procedures, regulations, and terminology. • Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
