    Kaizen Analytix LLC, an analytics consulting services and product firm that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights, is seeking candidates for a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our team.

    As a Dashboard Developer, you will be expected to work independently, schedule meetings with business users, collect requirements, perform data mapping to warehouse, schedule & coordinate development, hands on prototyping, gather feedback and build dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with users, designing & building dashboards, including experience with SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with Business Users gather requirements for dashboards.
    • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, promote the strategic use of information while enabling seamless access to information.
    • Interacts with the staff to produce data mapping and requirements, deliver high quality solutions utilizing dashboarding tools.
    • Provides prototyping solutions, conducts user ideation/testing and gathers feedback.
    • Possesses working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (DBMS) and Alteryx..
    • Be proficient in SQL, Tableau and Power BI.
    • Works closely with the technical and business team lead to drive solution options analysis, development, and implementation of BI solutions.
    • Contributing team member to the design and support of data architecture integration and transformations.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years in consuming data from pipelines and building dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.
    • 3-5 years of Experience working with SQL.
    • 3-5 years of Experience working with Business users and Engineering/Development teams.
    • Familiarity with the basic principles of data modeling.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
    • Working experience with Alteryx is a plus.
    • Experience working with Python is a plus.
    • WebApp development experience is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Be open to receiving constructive feedback.
