    Job Description

    The Payroll Onboarding Customer Service Representative works across the firm in sales, marketing, payroll client training, sales staff training, new product development and payroll client onboarding and client relations/support. The Payroll Onboarding CSR works with the Firm’s business units to drive and maintain client retention levels above a 90% level and brings in new clients through referrals and outside sales activity. The Payroll Onboarding CSR will lead our conversion efforts from the Evolution Payroll platform to the iSolved platform by becoming an expert on the platform and training existing clients on it. They will also support managers and salespeople on payroll setups, assists with keeping quoting tools and engagement paperwork up-to-date and tracks client adds, drops etc. via various spreadsheets. This person solicits feedback from clients via in-person interviews, teaches payroll clients how to read reports and use payroll (HCM)-related software.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience with iSolved Payroll or similar payroll processing software preferred but not required to apply.
    • Strong coaching, training, and motivating skills essential.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing diplomacy and tact to diffuse high-tension situations.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks is preferred.
    • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure.
    • Open to change and willing to learn.
