Responsibilities: • Generate leads through proactive outbound cold calling and effectively manage inbound inquiries. • Evaluate potential property deals based on local market trends and company investment criteria. • Build strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and potential investors in the Orlando area. • Manage all leads in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing potential opportunities. • Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners or their representatives. • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth transition of acquired properties. • Stay updated on the local Orlando real estate market, maintaining awareness of trends and conditions to provide accurate information to potential sellers and the team. Qualifications: • A background in sales or a similar role, with comfort and ease in phone communications. • Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen eye for a good deal. • Proficiency in CRM systems - you know that organization is key to success. • A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills - nothing slips by you! • A can-do, problem-solving attitude. You see challenges as opportunities waiting to be conquered. Salary: As a commitment to your success, we offer a competitive salary for the first 90 days. After that, your hard work and perseverance pay off directly through a commission-based structure. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
