    As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to increase our social media presence and brand awareness. Responsible for all marketing efforts for the company, a national boutique recruiting & executive search firm. Bring your creative side!

     Essential Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage all marketing initiatives including social medial and content strategies
    • Create dynamic written and graphic content for web advertisement campaigns to drive lead generation - including blog posts, landing pages, press releases, case studies, and social media posts.
    • Improve website and optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO) and regularly update, maintains and optimize company website to increase web traffic and conversions
    • Upload, monitor and respond to reviews, comments, and messages across all social media channels.
    • Analyze social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
    • Document new processes, evaluate their effectiveness, develop improvements and/or recommend changes/alternatives to increase social media presence and brand awareness.

    Qualifications:

    • Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related degree.
    • 2 years of experience as a writer, especially in creating compelling messages.
    • 2 years of web design and search engine optimization (SEO).
    • Accountable and ability to work in a remote, home-office environment
    • Superior knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
    • Technology savvy and advanced computer skills required
