As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to increase our social media presence and brand awareness. Responsible for all marketing efforts for the company, a national boutique recruiting & executive search firm. Bring your creative side!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all marketing initiatives including social medial and content strategies
- Create dynamic written and graphic content for web advertisement campaigns to drive lead generation - including blog posts, landing pages, press releases, case studies, and social media posts.
- Improve website and optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO) and regularly update, maintains and optimize company website to increase web traffic and conversions
- Upload, monitor and respond to reviews, comments, and messages across all social media channels.
- Analyze social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
- Document new processes, evaluate their effectiveness, develop improvements and/or recommend changes/alternatives to increase social media presence and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related degree.
- 2 years of experience as a writer, especially in creating compelling messages.
- 2 years of web design and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Accountable and ability to work in a remote, home-office environment
- Superior knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Technology savvy and advanced computer skills required
