    Join a leading biotechnology organization and be the trusted advisor to the leadership team. Reporting to the CEO this role will provide human resources leadership and support to exempt level team members across two locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an organization that is experiencing substantial growth!

    This role will deliver on business objectives and share best practices across two sites. Responsible to develop processes and actions that coach, mentor, develop and hold the organization accountable to develop continuity of business practices across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, tactical yet have the mindset to see the big picture and meet HR and company goals.

    Critical for Success

    • Demonstrated HR acumen with strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience developing and implementing a wide range of human resources processes including talent acquisition and retention strategies, employee engagement programs, performance management, and succession planning.
    • Experience working with operational excellence programs. Experience with labor relations and employee engagement.
    • A record of success in driving human resources policies and business practices to achieve positive organizational change that enhances profitability and revenue growth.
    • Experience overseeing health and welfare plans and other HR functions.

    Ideal Experience

    • An undergraduate degree is required; Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business concentration is preferred. MBA and HR certification(s) desirable.
    • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on human resources management experience with a business partner focus
    • Experience providing HR services to largely exempt level professionals.

    The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and incentive programs.
