    We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided. Responsibilities: An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on Decisive and proactive in the sales process You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Compensation: $28,000 - $38,000 yearly
