Kale Me Crazy is a new, fast growing super-food cafe and juice bar that promotes healthy living through organic and natural foods. We are now searching for Shift Leaders and Team Members for our upcoming Cameron Village location opening Fall 2018. Our kitchens are very clean and we don't cook or fry anything so you leave work just as fresh as you arrived! The best part of what we do is help our guests start or continue healthy habits. Responsibilities will include a mix of the following: Back of House Team Members: - Juicing, food preparation, kitchen workflow, presentation, quality control - Maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with health department Front of House Team Members: - Juicing, food preparation, kitchen workflow, presentation, quality control - Maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with health department - Point of sale, guest service, guest order taking, and educating guests on the vision and product offerings of Kale Me Crazy Shift Leaders - Both BOH and FOH responsibilities - Managing staff to complete all food prep and opening/closing procedurs - Ensure guest satisfaction and addressing any guest concerns that arise The ideal candidate has experience in most, if not all of the above responsibilities, and most importantly has a passion for a healthy lifestyle and helping others to achieve a healthy lifestyle!
