THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- The Jr. FileMaker Developer will work on a variety of projects that are at different stages of development as well as maintenance. For projects specifically in the planning stage, this role will require active participation in the related conceptualization and requirement specification.
- The position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of their custom payroll management system in coordination with the development partner.
- The Developer will help define new functionality as well as design, develop, service and tune custom databases.
- In addition to establishing and maintaining security and integrity controls, this role will create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures in relation to database usage and management.

BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience working with FileMaker databases in a commercial environment on Windows (Mac experience a plus)
- Current FileMaker certification (17+ preferred)
- Expertise in relational database design
- Working knowledge of full database lifecycle of design, implementation, testing, support and maintenance activities
- Bachelor's degree
