Job Description

Responsible for providing human capital management advisory services to businesses. Helps companies develop and communicate policies, train employees, and implement and carry out a recruitment process.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise companies on best human capital management practices.
• Strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs & practices into their daily operations.
• Perform internal reviews & audit of current systems & policies.
• Perform quality assurance checks.
• Deliver surveys to employees.
• Conduct investigations & research into reclassification & classification.
• Match individuals to position.
• Ensure business practices are in accordance with HR policies & labor laws.
• Help train employees.
• Advise company on salaries & job descriptions.
• Help implement applicant tracking systems.
• Consult & guide management & organizational partners in the interpretation of HR management policies, procedures, programs & application of related government laws & regulations.
• Lead HR-related projects.
• Provide advice on discipline process, conduct disciplinary reviews & advise on appropriate outcomes.
• Develop employee restructuring plans.
• Devise severance packages.
• Participate in the design, development & implementation of innovative workforce retention programs.
• Provide review & approval of requests for reduction-in-force, reorganizations/realignments.
• Other similar tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Four-year related degree from accredited college/university or 2 year degree from accredited college/university and 3 years equivalent experience or 5 years equivalent experience to be determined by officers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
