    TECHNICAL SALES: (Inside Sales full-time position)

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Kambrian Corporation is a high-growth IT VAR (value-added reseller) to business and government customers providing software, software, and services. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and motivated Technical Sales responsible for Inside Sales. This position provides excellent learning and professional growth opportunities with great exposure to latest IT solutions. This position can grow into field sales position.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve revenue and margin targets; Increase customer satisfaction

    •  Respond to customer IT purchasing requirements and provide competitive pricing to win

    •  Purchase products at competitive pricing from IT vendors and build relationship with distributors

    •  Build excellent customer relationship to grow revenues/margins and increase customer satisfaction

    •  Process and track orders timely to deliver good customer service and work with accounting team on accurate billing if needed

    •  Maintain customer info in CRM (customer relationship management) tools for marketing campaigns

    •  Follow up on new leads to get new customers

    •  Work in a team environment with field sales to grow revenues and marketing team on campaigns and to grow customer retention rates

    •  Build good relationship with IT vendors (manufacturers and distributors) teams and utilize resources from IT vendors team and portal in order to service our customers

    •  Acquire product knowledge: take sales and/or technical training as required by manufacturers either

    online or in person

    •  Participate in customer and IT vendor events to network to build relationship and understand IT market

    •  Assist with RFP and projects

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    •  Experience and familiarity with IT technology

    •  Attention to details and strong aptitude towards numbers

    •  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and get things done timely

    •  Good communications and customer skills to work with IT vendors and customers

    •  Flexible, positive attitude; team work skills

    •  College degree preferred but not required

    •  Quotewerks (quoting software) experience a plus but not required

    •  Quickbook experience a plus but not required

    •  Flexibility on shifts (6am-3pm or 8am-5pm)
