This is a full-time, on-site role located in Clifton, NJ. The Customs Entry Writer will be responsible for managing and submitting entry summaries of imported goods in compliance with U.S. customs regulations. The Customs Entry Writer will communicate with clients and government agencies on related matters, as well as arrange for transportation and customs clearance processes for all imported goods.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customs Entry Writer or equivalent

Extensive knowledge of US Customs Regulations and Harmonized Tariff Schedules

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with customs clearance software and MS Office

Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus

Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
