POSITION DETAILS
This full-time position will be responsible for the following duties:
· Daily processing of customer orders into customer invoices
· Process customer purchase orders and create packing slips, shipping labels and documents
· Daily research, collection, and filing of backup paperwork including purchase orders, packing slips, bills of Lading, Invoices
· Update order and tracking spreadsheets
· Answer customer calls and emails regarding shipments or invoices
· Produce daily and monthly reports
· Work with inventory reports to identify product availability and create daily inventory reporting as well as assist with monthly inventory count
· Assists with month end or reporting tasks as required
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· QuickBooks Enterprise
· Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and telephone skills
· Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various departments in a fast-paced environment
· Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
· Punctual – work hours are from 8:00 to 4:30
