Job Description:

Chipotle is seeking an experienced Kanban Lead / Scrum Master to support the Cloud Performance Team in Columbus, OH. This role requires strong hands-on Kanban program experience in a high-volume environment (Scrum experience alone is not sufficient). The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, particularly in cloud and infrastructure domains, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage delivery using Kanban methodology (not Scrum) for high-throughput, operational teams

Facilitate Kanban ceremonies including replenishment, flow reviews, and retrospectives

Track and improve flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput, lead time)

Partner closely with cloud, network, and infrastructure engineers to remove blockers

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Coach teams on Kanban best practices and flow optimization

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage incoming work effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong Kanban program experience in high-volume environments (mandatory)

Solid technical background with hands-on experience in:

Cloud platforms

Network engineering

Infrastructure / hardware systems

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts with engineering teams

Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills

Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
