    Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing & Community Relations, the Kaniksu Community Health Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing and implementing the company's advertising, marketing & communications programs in order to build brand awareness, increase patient demand, and ensure clear communications regarding a variety of matters. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator supports all internal communication initiatives and events. Option of hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or relative experience preferred.

    • 1-2 years' experience in marketing preferred.

    • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.

    • Keen eye for detail, ability to generate multiple and varied ideas, and ability to produce high quality content.

    • Proficient computer skills, including web-based applications, design programs (including Adobe Cloud), and Microsoft office suite.

    • Ability to learn new software quickly and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Minimal in-state travel may be required.

    • Have a solution focused out look to tasks and issues.

    • Critical thinker with excellent project management, and time management skills.

    • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and patient behavior.

    • Excellent time management and critical thinking skills. Ability to gather data and convert it into meaningful analysis.

    • Ability to maintain strict corporate confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

    • Consistent tact and graciousness in dealing with members of the public as well as continuous professionalism with patients and co-workers.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, execute and track marketing programs such as email, social media and content marketing.

    • Create, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.

    • Implement marketing plans that include; video, print, radio, and online content.

    • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.

    • Conduct market research to identify trends and marketing opportunities.

    • Develop and manage all internal communication systems.

    • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.

    • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.

    • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.

    • Manage the content of the company website to ensure dynamic, current and relevant content.

    • Review web analytics on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports regarding site traffic.

    • Manage social media sites and keep them current.

    • Performs other duties and assumes other responsibilities as apparent or assigned, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
