We're growing and are looking for the right Salesforce consultant to come and join our team as we continue to scale our efforts.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking for a contract Salesforce consultant to support the sales team by optimizing salesforce to more improve sales processes, increase accuracy of data, and utilize data in a more consumable fashion to drive decision making. The successful candidate will also provide insightful analysis and recommendations for the high growth business. This role reports to the Director of Sales. This is a 3-month contract opportunity to start.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the functional design and implementation of projects, create solutions to meet business objectives and resolve system / process issues
    • Standardize mapping rules and logic, and perform the analysis, profiling, insights and data quality strategies, and implementation of consistent cleansing rules and data quality testing processes
    • Evaluates and designs data mapping logic to support governance and overall data quality management goals, design dashboards of MDM system.
    • Provides consultation in process evaluations, performance monitoring, and statistics to senior management. Lead data issues related technical discussion with SMEs
    • Partners with groups and various levels of seniority across the firm to coordinate and drive collaboration on Data Management solution design and remediation execution

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Solid understanding of CRM (Salesforce) sales and content pipeline process flows
    • Ability to communicate well with various business partners, conducts meetings with Senior Managers and coordination on various data management foundation topics.
    • Experience in IT of business and data analysis.
    • Establishes common terms, business rules, measure definitions, and standardization of hierarchies throughout the CRM systems
    • Ability to engage the SMEs to understand the business processes, apply data profiling insights and able to design rules logic by aggregating the information.
    • Experience in CRM systems, understand usability to enrich UI for user experience
    • Excellent data interpretation and presentation skills

    This position would be remote based.
