MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE COORDINATION

POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinate and assistance to the train crew with operational failures or defects on Locomotives and Cars.to avoid the delay of trains on line.

Position Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION:

1. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Technical School

2. English Language (medium level)

EXPERIENCE:

1. Mechanical Locomotives Shop

2. Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting

3. FRA/SCT regulation Basic Level

4. Call Center (Technical Support)

SKILLS:

1. People management and team work.

2. Windows Office

3. Call Center Operation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assistance to train crew with operational failure of cars and locomotives.

Coordinate the Technical assistance on site for full assistance

Drive the matrix communication, rules, processes standards and reporting.

Coordinate execution efforts regarding wayside detector technology.

Collaborate with Mechanical US team.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Measure and publish metrics related to off line-shopping events.

Drive the time to response the alerts, received from the security devices installed on track
