As a Die Engineer Launch Support, you will be responsible for following the dies/tools in our plants and be the bridge between the Tooling Director and the plants.

• Liaison between AUTOKINITON plant, corporate die engineering, corporate program management and outside die vendors.
• Support AUTOKINITON die try outs as needed.
• Perform die modifications as needed.
• Read scans and CMM reports.
• Troubleshoot corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman tool maker status or equivalent schooling and experience.
• Minimum 5 years die build/maintenance experience.
• Ability to use CAD viewing software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products.
