JOB/TASK FUNCTIONS:

• Proficiently operate all machine shop equipment.
• Program CNC machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings.
• Review projects daily with adjacent leaders to determine priority strategies.
• Perform and schedule machine maintenance.
• Understand progressive die functions.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Required Skills Required Experience

Required Skills

• Responsible for reading and understanding the TS16949 and ISO-14001
• Previous CNC experience
• CNC/CAM programming experience
• Interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Ability to work with the following tools or machinery

• Micrometers
• Calipers
• Scales
