    Axis Engineering is dedicated to designing and developing assembly solutions, metal forming and inspection fixtures.

    To help us drive excellence, as a Project Manager you’ll get to:

    · Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in performance of daily activities.

    · Oversee and evaluate project status for all build related items and orders or communicates requirements as needed.

    · Manage all activities related to the on-time construction of tooling and equipment to completion of installation and tryout.

    · Adhere to established project timelines and provides regular timing / project updates to Project owners and Axis leadership utilizing Microsoft Project and / or Office.

    · Support Skilled Trades as needed to enable them to perform the duties assigned.

    · Inspect completed work for conformance to standards.

    · Explain or demonstrate machine operation with supervisors, operators, or other plant personnel to train end user associates on provided equipment.

    · Recommend methods for improving efficiency in the development and implementation of new processes.

    · Environmental and Safety Management Representative.

    · Direct, lead, and maintain the team’s 5S excellence and adherence.

    This full-time role is a part of our Operations Department and reports to the Plant Manager


    Required Skills & Abilities:

    · Ability to use Microsoft Office software.

    · Ability to assume responsibility with the corresponding authority and accountability. Results oriented.

    · Excellent follow-up and accountability skills.

    · Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

    · Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

    · Ability to read and write in English and perform mathematical calculations.


    Education and/or Experience:

    · Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

    · Minimum of five (5) or more years’ experience in related technical background. ****
