    The Kapitus Servicing Operations Team (Customer Service & Collections) is a high performing department focused on innovation and collaborating with other departments to provide best-in-class performance products and services to our customers. The Operations team is building a strong team culture and is focused on using data and technology to deliver operations excellence to our customers, employees, and investors. The Business Analyst is responsible for all aspects of data integrity and decision making, including data mining, data generation, analysis, and reporting. This individual will provide direct analytics support to the VP of Operations, Chief General Counsel, and the COO, to evaluate and transform data to support best in class servicing and recovery strategy.

    THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THESE ROLES INCLUDE:

    • Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement. Then perform analysis to make recommendations to address the opportunity. This requires strong conceptual thinking skills, strong quantitative or financial analysis, and great business judgement.
    • Communications: Synthesizing findings from analysis and sharing recommendations with management and business partners
    • Testing: Developing and executing tests to optimize business performance and innovate
    • Implementation: Develop solutions to implement ideas, scope operational feasibility and lead implementation efforts

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 3 year's of experience in quantitative or financial analysis or in management consulting
    • 3+ years of experience in quantitative or financial analysis
    • 1+ years of experience in SQL querying and / or Python
    • 2+ years of prior supporting one of the following: small business lending, credit risk management, collections, or customer service/customer contact call centers (Preferred)
    • 1 years of data visualization experience in Tableau and/or similar equivalents (Preferred)
