    We’re hiring a professional, highly-organized real estate executive assistant to ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be in charge of purchasing office supplies when necessary and spearhead team projects and events. Key areas of focus for this position include: • Listing Support (Listing to Contract) • Transaction Support (Contract to Closing) • Marketing and Database Support • Administrative Support Responsibilities: Support other realty departments when necessary Plan for real estate team meetings and update calendar with appointments and travel days Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information Manage lower-level administrative employees and ensure office protocols are followed • Setup and keep track of listing and sales checklist for the agency Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field • Must have a valid CA Real Estate License • Have exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Proven to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Compensation: $16+ dependent on experience
