    Title: Community Outreach Coordinator for Pickleball Club

    Location: Huntington Beach/Newport Beach

    Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team at our Pickleball club located in Huntington Beach. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self motivated and energetic. Position is responsible for reaching out to local schools and the community to build relationships and introduce tennis/pickleball classes as well as events and other opportunities. The position is an integral part of our company. Event planning experience is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote pickleball events and opportunities

    Build relationships with local community groups, schools, and businesses to increase event participation

    Coordinate with marketing team to create promotional materials and social media campaigns

    Attend community events to promote pickleball and our events

    Track and report on outreach efforts and event participation

    Qualifications:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Experience in community outreach or event promotion preferred

    Knowledge of pickleball and the local community a plus but not required

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Must be organized and detail-oriented

    Qualifications:

    Enthusiastic, friendly, and self-motivated

    Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

    Basic social media knowledge required

    Bonus pay will be based upon experience
