Redicarpet is in search of a self-motivated Data Entry Specialist to support a team of Implementation Specialists. You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery and overall success of each project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participates in sales to services transition to become familiar with the strategic objectives of Client and Company Excellent Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with professionally and confidently with client contacts Be a process-focused, creative thinker who can handle multiple work streams at one time runung erands for the company Continuously seeks ways to enhance overall efficiency and productivity of procedures and people Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Implementation Specialist for resolution Completes client setup based on information collected and provided by Implementation Specialist Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Reviews status of electronic onboarding employees and reports status regularly to client and Implementation Specialist Data entry of paper employee onboarding paperwork when required Ability to prioritize workload based on client status and target start date Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 1 year payroll processing experience, preferably with multi-client services Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience is a plus Knowledge of PrismHR is a plus Working knowledge of MS office Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Ability to conduct business in an ethical manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills
