BHH Respite Services is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of special needs kids, teens, and young adults throughout our community. We provide a variety of non-medical in-home services that allow these individuals to remain in their home and meet the challenges of everyday life with dignity, care and compassion. COVID-19 Precautions: We provide masks, hand sanitizers, and gloves to all our Caregivers to ensure their safety! Caregivers must wear a mask at all times during their visits and all Caregivers must complete daily health checks: self and client assessments. As a Caregiver, you will provide the following non-medical services: Social activities: playing/interacting with client Assisting with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting Mobility assistance: help clients navigate Limited Transportation Requirements to be a Caregiver: Must have proof of reliable transportation, driver's license, & valid car insurance. Must be 18 years of age & able to pass a background check & drug screen test. Must be CPR Certified (certification can be obtained after hired, reimbursed by us).
