Job Description

We are seeking a Consulting Manager who will report directly to the Director of Consulting Services. The position is responsible for providing Deltek Costpoint ERP implementation and functional support for our Government Contract and Not-for-Profit customers. This is a full time position with full benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide end-user functional support and training for key areas of Costpoint:
  • Financial architecture (Projects/Orgs/Accounts)
  • Project setup, Billing, and Revenue
  • Cost Pools Design, Setup and Reconciliation
  • Revenue and Month End Closing Support and Training
  • Time & Expense Implementation and Support
  • Provide Ad-Hoc support to customer
  • Provide Training and Develop Desktop Procedure
  • Provide System Upgrade, Data Migration and Interfaces and variety of Special Project Setup
  • IWO, Purchasing/Sales Order, Fixed Asset and/or other Add on Module Implementation and Support

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems is required

• CPA, MBA and/or Costpoint Certification is plus

• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience

• The candidate should possess a minimum 5 to 10 years overall experience in Deltek Costpoint in both the functional and technical areas with specific emphasis in the following:

  • Experienced in functional end-user support administration and process improvement.
  • Experience with system conversions, system upgrades, and integrating acquisitions.

• Background in Government Contracting and demonstrates knowledge of CAS and FAR

• Public company experience, a plus

• Expert skills in MS Office (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to use SQL and Cognos report writing for data analysis purposes
