    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    We currently have openings in our new and pre-owned sales departments for sales professionals.  These positions are responsible for helping us build our business by selling new and pre-owned cars and trucks, and creating long term relationships with our customers by providing solutions for their transportation needs.  Each sales professional will be responsible for meeting their sales forecast, providing a quality experience and consistently striving to exceed our customers' expectations.

     

    WHAT WE WILL DO

    We will help you build your customer base and business through the identification of key sales and service strategies.  In addition we will support your sustained success with these strategies through best practices in performance management, development and coaching.  We identify what is important for your success, and align our award winning dealership resources to support you in that journey.

    Your initiative and commitment to hard work + the “best of the best” in dealership inventory and services+ an experienced sales management team committed to your success = a solid value proposition for you.

    COMPENSATION

    Our experience tells us that a first year sales professional at our dealership will make 75-130k. Where you fall within that range will depend on your initiative.  As you build your business we would expect that number will continue to rise.

    THE CHALLENGE – Consistently building your business by actively pursuing your next sale.  Our large inventory and reputation creates plenty of opportunities, but there will be a commitment of time, dedication and an ability to stay focused and engaged. We also know as you develop your business, there is more of an opportunity to manage your time, but that comes as your customer base grows.
