Karmak is a 40-year-old business that thinks and acts like a startup. We are a group of entrepreneurs with an enviable record of developing software solutions that “Wow!” our automotive and heavy-duty truck dealership customers – many of whom we have served for more than a decade.
Teaming with the director of marketing, product marketing, sales, support, training, retention, and others, you will help drive site traffic, converting that traffic into qualified leads, and move these leads through the sales funnel and turn them into satisfied and referenceable customers.
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish and refine closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers.
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including website, sales collateral, blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Collaborate with the business units to drive execution and improvement of the company’s marketing plan and coordinates the planning and execution of annual conference and trade show activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM; Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot marketing automation (Pardot preferred); WordPress; and other software platforms needed to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Bonus skills: Desire to be a lifelong learner.
