    Job Description Are you an entrepreneur of code development? The Associate Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining computer software for our target markets while maintaining software integrity and effectiveness. You will estimate time requirements for database and software development. You will troubleshoot system/software and performance issues. You will help create software releases. You will act as a second-line support for the Help Desk staff to more effectively serve our customer base. You will be involved with enhancing and fixing defects in our proprietary Fusion application.

    Qualifications KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS – WHAT’S UNDER THE HOOD?

    Technical skills required for the position will be VB.NET and C#.NET along with SQL Server knowledge. You must be detail oriented, good at multi-tasking, organized and able to prioritize projects. Candidates with industry knowledge or previous experience with our products will be considered with higher priority.

    Additional Information The first 30 days of employment will be spent shadowing a senior developer on our team. Within this time frame you will be expected to learn source control; how it is stored and how to interact with it. After the first 60 days you will be expected to be able to handle 1-3 projects. After 120 days we will expect you to be certified through our eLearning software. The position also requires team collaboration working in an open environment.
