    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Manufacturing Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.

    • Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.

    • Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize processes.

    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

    • Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

    • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.

    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

    • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.
