    Job Description

    We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.  We are a fast growing investment management firm with over $150 million of assets under management.  We invest in technology companies.  You will work directly with the managing partners of the firm and your major responsibilities include:

    ·         Take charge of basic day to day bookkeeping including coordinating with outside service providers. ·         Support annual audit and quarterly investor reporting including coordinating with outside service providers. ·         Support investor relations and communication, including portfolio tracking and analysis. ·         Support buy-side transaction process and tracking. ·         Support investment research by scheduling calls with people knowledgeable about companies we are researching. ·         Support financial and legal compliance. ·         Support IT and cybersecurity compliance protocols. ·         Develop and implement organized filing systems ·         Perform all other office tasks
