    SUMMARY OF PURPOSE:

    The Marketing & Program Design Manager will support the program design and strategy for the Mainstreet program as a member of the Mainstreet Squad. You will be responsible for developing data-driven programs that drive revenue for Kasasa by utilizing the capabilities of the existing marketing technology stack. This role will be primarily responsible for leading the channel marketing strategy supporting the Mainstreet program via lead gen and referral partners like Bundlefi and the initial Loans strategy. This role is responsible for overall performance of Mainstreet Strategy marketing programs and is held accountable to drive ongoing performance through data analysis, and program optimizations. In addition to managing channel marketing tactics, at times there will also be ownership of specific projects/products that enhance our effectiveness in our direct marketing tactics.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Infuse the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction.
    2. Own the partner relationships by establishing the marketing strategy, branding requirements, best practices, overall execution, performance visibility and review, and optimizations.
    3. Serve as Mainstreet channel marketing owner by updating leadership/team of progress and performance (weekly), leading initiatives to completion cross-functionally, and launching additional channels/vendors as called upon.
    4. Design campaigns for onboarding of loans and cross-selling through email, SMS and Notifications as part of the Lifecycle marketing program.
    5. Pro-actively analyze overall program performance and prepare recommendations for improvements inclusive of establishing and owning KPIs, forecasting, data analysis, and industry best practices.
    6. Manage marketing launches by working cross functionally with B2C leadership, channel marketing partners, B2C delivery, B2C creative, and product and serving as the overall project manager to ensure timelines and delivery dates are met.
    7. Be the resident expert on Mainstreet marketing tactics. Know and own all documentation, tools, sales enablement and detail.
    8. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal teams by building a repository of useful and relevant information, establishing a process for timely communication, recording FAQ for the greater teams and regularly sharing industry trends and best practices for your area of expertise.
    9. Constantly evolve your expertise of our marketing capabilities, data-driven marketing practices and ways to optimize and monetize the Mainstreet Strategy marketing programs.
    10. Develop necessary materials and resources to educate and promote both internally and externally: creative briefs, process documents, performance tracking requirements, optimization and testing documentation, channel partner workflows, client facing documents. Create a system for external/internal record keeping for future reference.
    11. Work closely with internal client facing teams in understanding and evaluating new marketing tactics, optimization opportunities, and/or creating new opportunities for revenue generation.
    12. New vendor outreach to acquire overview of capabilities, complete vendor analysis for any new relationships, and coordinate with vendor contacts during project execution.
    13. Provide on-going support for ad-hoc needs and requests from cross-functional teams as opportunities develop.

     

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in direct marketing B2C acquisition tactics such as: direct mail, email and/or channel marketing.
    3. Knowledge of channel and direct marketing best practices, industry trends and success metrics.
    4. A track record of successful marketing campaign launches including proven experience building strategy, reviewing performance data, and making optimizations.
    5. Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal/external teams, including Marketing leadership, creative, enablement, third-party vendors, and client-facing teams.
    6. Demonstrated experience working with data and using to build stories and make recommendations to the business.
    7. Organized, self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and build strong relationships with cross-functional business partners.
    8. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and related communications simultaneously.
    9. Maniacal organizational skills and attention to detail.
    10. Results-oriented and willing to shift plans if necessary to meet goals.

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Sitting for extended periods of time; approximately 5-6 hours per day
    2. Simultaneous use of hand, wrist and fingers
    3. Daily operation of standard office equipment
    4. Frequent use of oral communication to perform work
    5. Lifts and moves up to 20 pounds occasionally
