    Location: Remote (U.S.)

    The Associate, Product Management is a key member of the Product Team that optimizes Kasasa products to ensure client and consumer satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for new product innovation. You will support the Senior Product Managers and Product Leadership as well as work cross functionally throughout Kasasa to identify and fill product gaps, achieve team and corporate goals, and research opportunities to provide new and enhanced products to Kasasa’s clients while embodying the Patch Values. You will be willing to pitch in on multiple projects and has a thirst for learning. Kasasa's Product Team is very fast-paced and is looking for a team member who can keep up.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Infuses the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction
    • Assist Product Leadership and Senior Product Managers in achieving annual in-market goals and business plans
    • Assist in the development of products and projects by writing use-cases and high-level requirements for internal teams
    • Assist Product Owners in the process of breaking down requirements into Epics and User Stories, backlog management and prioritization of feature development
    • Assist in managing a product through the product development life-cycle (e.g. product launches, including Sales readiness activities and post-launch efforts)
    • Support beta tests and market product launches, including business readiness activities and post-launch efforts
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to hit release dates
    • Learn how to manage a product through the product development life-cycle and how to lead cross-functional teams to resolve problems and implement improvements
    • Assist in managing a product through the product development life-cycle (e.g. product launches, including Sales readiness activities and post-launch efforts)
    • Assist Product Owners in the process of breaking down requirements into Epics and User Stories, backlog management and prioritization of feature development
    • Learn how to effectively communicate project scope, schedule, and deadlines in a cross-functional environment
    • Participate in the leadership of cross-functional teams to resolve problems and implement improvements
    • Support Sales and Account Management with product knowledge and technical expertise
    • Work with client-facing teams to identify and execute opportunities that increase product penetration including the creation of presentations, case studies, website content and white papers
    • Research and analyze market trends, new technologies, and competitors to identify product gaps and identify opportunities
    • Assist in user-acceptance testing as required
    • Troubleshoot arising product issues and/or client requests
    • Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree with Business concentration
    • Ability to analyze business or technical problems to guide software development
    • 2+ years’ experience in a financial B2B Product Management or Marketing role (or equivalent)
    • Proven history of quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to make presentations
    • Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills
    • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
