Job Description

Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLLC seeks an Associate Attorney in our Honolulu Office with 1 to 3 years of litigation experience who is eager to join an innovative practice at the forefront of construction defect law.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·        Active member of the Hawaii State Bar in good standing

·        Experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses for construction defect and class action cases

·        Strong legal research and writing skills

·        Experience working closely with expert witnesses

·        Ability to undertake responsibility for files with Partner oversight

We are looking for a motivated and sharp attorney with strong analytical skills and sound judgment.  The ideal candidate will work well in a collaborative team and on individual case assignments, be organized, and be able to prioritize tasks within their assigned cases.  Associates work closely with Partners to recover multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for clients from the largest developers and contractors in Hawaii.
