Kasey & Co. Therapy Group is looking for a bilingual individual (Spanish) to support a growing team of clinical therapists to provide virtual receptionist responsibilities. This position provides client/caller assistance, master-scheduling functions, Spanish translation, and minor bookkeeping for an online group private practice in the Inland Empire. Reception duties are 100% virtual/remote, (except for picture taking at onboarding). If hired, candidates must be able to create virtual office conditions, such as working behind a closed door (to protect confidential conversations), have a phone, computer, and Wi-Fi/internet, and webcam. Can also be a full time position. Day time/afternoon/evening hours can vary. Benefits can be negotiated. Ideal for individuals who may want exposure into the mental health field.
