Our 'home base' is in Magnolia and we work off premise at exclusive venues, event locations, businesses and homes in the Seattle area. We offer a family team atmosphere, with a full-time team of about 20 including chefs, event planners, operation managers & others. We specialize in high quality, fresh, local, made from scratch cuisine. We prepare all menu items (including breads and desserts) on premise. You have to be creative, energetic, a rock star multi-tasker and a quick problem solver who loves to be hands-on. Applicants must be great at interpersonal and customer service skills that translate to working with customers, vendors, managers and staff. You must be a 'get it done' kind of person who loves details and organization. All applicants must have a friendly and energetic personality; be assertive and decisive. Good communication skills Valid Washington Driver's License and King County Health Permit Excellent people skills Motivation to learn and develop new ideas and skills A self starter, high energy achiever, motivated Task and goal oriented Reliable and willing to learn A leader and team player Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 lbs Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must have night and weekend availability Work longer hours during the busy seasons Most positions have great growth potential. Compensation depends on experience and includes, a competitive wage, parking, meals, a simple IRA, health plan, tuition reimbursement and performance based bonuses.
