Porter/Cleaners are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, providing cleaning services, and upkeep of assigned areas; apartment/condo buildings, exteriors of buildings, hospitals, or other types of facilities. Candidates must be flexible, and willing to complete all tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Responsibilities: • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition • Perform heavy cleaning duties cleaning/maintaining carpets and/or hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping • Perform routine dusting of furniture, wall hangings, fixtures, etc • Cleaning restrooms, emptying trashcans • Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment Qualifications: • Previous experience in cleaning is a plus but not a requirement • Ability to handle physical workload • Attention to detail Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
