RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calling and follow up leads and generating leads.

• Calling existing clients on missing lines of business, including life insurance.

• Responding to purchased internet leads.

• Organizing and taking notes from calls

• Creating relationships between the agency and the prospect.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

• Self-motivated

• Strong in sales

• Computer skills and experience needed

• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills

• Working experience with Farmers insurance is a plus

• A Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health License

• No major credit or background issues

• Bi-Lingual is a plus
