WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Our Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for creating, analyzing and presenting impactful insights which drive campaign optimization. The position is also responsible for the successful launch, maintenance and strategic growth of our google and social ad campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report and present on marketing KPIs including leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
• Use multiple data sources and tools to identify, interpret and communicate end-user behavior and provide insight that drives campaign optimization
• Support the creative team with relevant creative performance reports 
• Analyze A/B and multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations
• Create client facing and internal PowerPoint presentations
• Set up email automations, manage mailing lists and optimize lead scoring model
• Oversee and optimize Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns
• Assist in the management and tracking of keyword bids, expenditure caps and other primary account metrics

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Attention to detail and organization
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Data visualization skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
• Experience with Google AdWords and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Google Ads certified preferred
