We're a property maintenance contractor in need of a Maintenance Assistant to help service our own fleet of vehicles. All tools provided! You do NOT need to bring any tools; we have everything you need!

Starting pay $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience.

Job requirements include:

• Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record.
• You must be drug free (all employees are tested)
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Ability to utilize email and navigate various apps and web based programs to track services performed

Job duties:

• Performing preventative maintenance inspections on vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, Lubrication, tire replacement as well as inspect engines for leaks
• Troubleshoot and repair vehicle operation problems, including wiring, engine performance, equipment operation, etc.
• Receive and respond to maintenance work orders submitted by drivers.
