We are looking for a capable, reliable and experienced subcontractor to join our team. We're looking specifically for someone who has experience in rent-ready and flip properties. We're looking for someone with a crew of at least three people. You’ll take direction from the project supervisor to help prepare job sites, load and unload construction materials, remove debris, assist team members, and perform any other general labor needed to get the job done right. You should be able to take daily progress photos and video. You should be great at following instructions, with a can-do attitude and the ability to travel as needed. Responsibilities: Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently Clean up any tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean worksite Dispose of any debris, trash, or hazardous materials that are found on the site to prepare it construction starts Load, unload and prepare any tools or materials on site that will be used to complete the build, so the crew can operate efficiently • Take pride in your work and see the job through until the end. • Take photos and videos of daily progress to send to the project supervisor • Must be able to effectively communicate with the project supervisor • Pull permits for projects that require • Travel around central Texas to various job sites • Write clear labor/ material bids Qualifications: Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred • At least 5 years experience with paint and drywall projects • Experience with flooring and installation • Above average knowledge in constructions and remodels of rent readies and flip properties • Experience pulling permits for projects • Experience with Dropbox to upload videos and photos of the progress • Experience writing accurate bids for materials / labor • Plumbing and electrical licenses are a plus, but not required Compensation: $1-$50,000
