Kaulig Media is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Job Responsibilities: * Plan and execute digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for internal companies and partners. * Utilize reporting and monitoring programs to create and implement on-page and technical SEO strategy. * Design, build, maintain and report on our social media presence. * Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). * Identify trends and insights, and recommend changes or optimizations based on the insights. * Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams to create event and lead generation landing pages. * Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. * Collaborate, manage, and work with agencies and other vendor partners. * Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Job Requirements: * BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. * Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. * Desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. * Experience with managing social media accounts, creating social media strategy, and reporting on effectiveness of strategy. * Proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting platforms. * Proficient in Semrush, Moz, or another SEO platform. * Experience with email marketing platforms preferred.
