We're looking for a few new team members this summer to work with us as kayak guides, naturalists and rental assistants. We have two waterfront locations, one in the Santa Cruz harbor and one in the Moss Landing harbor on the Elkhorn Slough. Good candidates will possess great customer service skills and a passion for the outdoors. This is a physically active job and will have you on the water regularly, so a strong comfort level with the ocean is important. A background in marine science, outdoor education, and kayaking is helpful, but certainly not essential. If you have the right attitude and are a team player our training program can get you up to speed quickly. You will need reliable transportation to one or both locations.
