  • Responsibilities

    Hybrid position - Mondays and Fridays option to work from home, Tuesday-Thursday work in office.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    • Partner on development of national marketing programs
    • Partner on development of strategy and creative assets for advertising that resonate with target consumers
    • Work with media agency on execution of ad plan to ensure ROI goals are met
    • Partner on developing social media strategy supporting goals and initiatives and builds social media calendar to meet goals.
    • Manages the creative brief process to develop product story positioning, packaging, and asset needs.
    • Works closely with creative team on all marketing materials. Help manage workload and ensure projects are completed on time.
    • Works on development of Packaging including graphics and structures. Partner with packaging team to execute packages and ensure we are meeting margin goals.
    • Develops and implements account specific retail visual programs.
    • Develops and presents compelling presentations for sell in of all key initiatives to sales and retailers.
    • Supports HUE.com with assets to drive business.
    • Communicates with sales force on ongoing basis to determine opportunities and need.

      

    Required Skills

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2 years of brand management / marketing experience
    • Fundamental marketing and marketing strategy skills, excellent communication, organization, and time management skills; analytical skills; knowledge of computer applications.
    • Strong understanding of social media
    • Basic PC skills, mainframe experience a plus

    Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of professionals, both internal teammates and outside partners.
