TEAM FINANCIAL ADVISOR FOR THE CONVERSE TEAM IN WICHITA, KS

JOB SUMMARY As a Team Financial Advisor, you will be a part of a committed team that provides financial planning and support services to clients in order to help them achieve their financial goals. You will have the opportunity to learn multiple facets of an advisory business while you work with your team. You will also have the chance to build your own book of business. RESPONSIBILITIES WITH THE CONVERSE TEAM INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assist with preparation, reviews, maintenance, and improvement opportunities of company retirement plan clients.
• Work jointly with a Lead Advisor to service clients before, during, and after client meetings.
• Offer insight to improve the financial planning client experience process.
• Actively grow and learn the sales skills needed to be able to speak about personal and team objectives while enhancing the Converse Team brand.
• Support business development initiatives and cultivate existing and prospective relationships.
• Be a liaison to personal clients, retirement plan participants, and prospects to help uncover or solve their needs.
• Assist with research and proposals of investment allocations.
• Knowledgeable in Raymond James system applications
• Assist with development of and presenting webinar and in-person education.
• Maintain awareness of latest legislative changes that may affect financial planning and advising.
• Licensing which should be attained to assist in comprehension and fulfilling duties.

• Employee understands and conveys the Converse Team brand, culture, and target audience while demonstrating confidence in the services to be provided.
• Employee is confident in the breadth of products and services offered by Raymond James.
• Successfully learns the full capacity of advising, develops talent and processes, as well as sales skills in order to build own book of business.
• Develops a personal niche area which allows for internal or external process improvement, new marketing opportunities, and brand awareness.
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven to engage and contribute to the team on a daily basis and future company planning.
