JOB SUMMARY
The responsibilities for the Receptionist position at Keating Dental Lab is to assist customers and employees alike. This position works closely with office staff to notify them of incoming calls, prepare outgoing mail and make copies or fax documents. This position responsibility is also to manage various office tasks while also answering calls from customers, answering questions and helping visitors. The Receptionist person is also responsible for taking inventory of office supplies and placing orders accordingly.

· A high school diploma or a GED. On the job experience may substitute instead.
· Some community colleges and or certificates that can prove candidates’ skills.
· A good personality and always be willing to help guide customers with what they need done.
