Job Description

We are looking for a customer service/ shipping reconciliation associate to work in our busy office from approximately 10:30am-7:00pm. The ideal candidate must have computer skills, be detail oriented, and be available to work evenings. Previous customer service and experience with cash reconciliation will be considered an advantage.

-Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

-Contact vendors to confirm information (via phone and/or email)

-Run invoices

-Release orders for trucks

-Reconcile trucks and invoices

-Answer incoming calls

-Enter customer orders

-Other duties as assigned
