    Overview

    We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics for our 3rd shift at our facility located in Dallas, TX, 75236. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, conducting machine safety inspections, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize your electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
    • Perform mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Conduct regular machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
    • Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to conveyor systems, motors, and hydraulic systems
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules
    • Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime
    • Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment
    • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
    • Knowledge of machine safety regulations and ability to conduct safety inspections
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
    • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report maintenance activities
    • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
