There is a high demand for our customer service oriented and cost-effective services due to the present economic state. Currently, we are looking for an outgoing Entry Level Marketing and Advertising Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to successfully engage customers independently using our tools, resources, and procedures provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve event issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Interact with consumers by positively and professionally communicating approved brand messaging to drive sales through the registers
